Deposit
You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to you. 398 reserves the right to request proof of bank account or e-wallet ownership before processing any withdrawal. Deposits made via DuitNow and PBeB are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial service provider.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. 398 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification or supporting documents are required. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 398 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. Rollover requirements, validity periods, and bonus-related withdrawal limits are all part of the conditions that must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. 398 reserves the right to void bonuses if their usage terms are breached.
